The hard ceiling for any specific fragrance oil is the IFRA certificate for that oil in the product category you are making; where the certificate is lower than a range here, the certificate wins. ifra_category is the IFRA product category the application falls into (4 fine fragrance, 5 leave-on, 9 rinse-off, 12 non-skin-contact). basis states what the percentage is calculated on — getting that wrong is the most common dosing error, especially in soap, where it is the weight of your oils and not the finished bar.",
