What does Vanilla Musk smell like?
Vanilla and white musk are the classic warm-skin combination — sweet without turning into dessert. Sandalwood and a touch of tonka give it a base that clings instead of fading in an hour. Built into a moisturiser rather than alcohol, so it sits close and reads as your own skin.

Both numbers come straight out of our published usage-rate table — the same table we tell everyone else to work from. The hard ceiling for any specific oil is that oil's own IFRA certificate, and where the certificate is lower, the certificate wins.
Safety — Leave-on skin product
- ·Leave-on use on the body. Not for the face, not for broken or irritated skin, and not for babies.
- ·Patch test on your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before using it more widely. This is the strictest IFRA category in the shop because the fragrance sits on skin for hours.
- ·Stop using it if you get redness, itching, or any reaction, and do not use it at all if you have a known fragrance allergy.
- ·Keep it cool and dark, keep the container closed, and do not dip fingers into an open jar.
What has to be done before this can legally be sold
A body lotion is a cosmetic in the UK and EU. Before it can be sold it needs a Cosmetic Product Safety Report from a qualified assessor and notification by a Responsible Person (UK SCPN or EU CPNP). In the US, MoCRA requires facility registration and product listing.
The full Annex III allergen declaration is set by the specific oils used and comes off their supplier certificates. Those oils have not been sourced, so there is no allergen list to publish yet — and we would rather print that than a guess.
This is on the page rather than in a drawer because it is the honest reason there is a waitlist instead of a buy button.
