How it works & safety

Fragrance load is measured by weight, not volume: the tool converts your amount to grams, multiplies by the load percentage, and that's the weight of fragrance oil to add. For example, 16 oz of candle wax at 8% needs about 36 g (1.3 oz) of oil.

The recommended percentages are safe starting points. Always stay within your supplier's IFRA limit for that product category — a fragrance rated for candles is not automatically safe for leave-on skin products.
